At the German Institute of Human Nutrition Potsdam-Rehbrücke (DIfE)
tec-lab GmbH reworked the entire cryogenic system and the following work was carried out by us:
- Planning and execution for a state-of-the-art cryogenic storage facility
- Replacement of the existing nitrogen supply with a vacuum-insulated pipeline
- Installation of a gas bypass system that prevents warm gaseous nitrogen from entering the sample cell tanks
- Delivery and assembly of LABS series large-capacity freezer containers
- Modernization of oxygen monitoring
- Conversion of existing systems to automatic filling
The objective of this project was to achieve optimum utilization of the premises. It was also taken into account that existing sample cell tanks would be taken over and that the consumption of liquid nitrogen would be reduced by intelligent filling cycles.
