The LABS series has been specially designed for efficient long-term storage of larger sample volumes. With a storage capacity of up to 93,000 2ml cryogenic tubes, a storage temperature that is almost at the level of cryogenic liquid nitrogen even when stored in the gas phase, and very low consumption, the LABS series defines a new standard.

In addition to this extraordinary performance, however, ergonomic aspects were also taken into account in the design. The horizontal stainless steel plate mounted on the top shelf can be used as a work surface. The folding step makes access to the container even more convenient. The very smooth-running bogie with partitions made of aluminum, which are identified by colored markings, allows quick and safe access to the storage system.
All models are available with automatic filling and control systems as well as approval in accordance with the Medical Devices Act (MPG) 93/42 CE. The plastic-encased lid with hinges is easy to open and clean. The lid switch can provide appropriate signals for the optional control system to realize an alarm for lid open as well as automatic demisting and rapid cooling.
