The CRF series has been specially designed to combine high cryogenic tube capacities and low N2 consumption with convenient storage in cryo boxes.

This results in low operating costs and long refill intervals. The square shape of the cryo boxes for 5×5 or 10×10 cryo tubes enables clear storage and registration of the samples. This means quick location and removal of samples. The cumbersome handling of cryo tube holders is eliminated.
The four container types cover the range from 750 - 6000 2ml cryogenic tubes. The compact CRF750 can be equipped with both the cryo box system and conventional round canisters.

The containers can be used for storage in both the gaseous and liquid phases. In the gaseous phase, the two lower compartments must remain free, which reduces the capacity. The equipment with an automatic filling and control unit is recommended for this purpose.
